Persyaratan Pelamar adalah:

Main responsibilities:
Developing Strategy Development and Execution Plan
Supporting the Account Director-Brand Activation in proactively defining below the line strategies that support the overall brand marketing objectives
Planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve project goals and objectives within project constraints -within scope, quality, time and budget. Optimize the allocation and integration of inputs necessary to meet pre-defined objectives
Getting the whole picture of the project from the client management
Maintaining a high quality and a low error factor while working and building a team
Meeting the agreed upon deadlines
Achieving client’s approval in all necessary stages and final approval

Requirements:
University degree preferably related to Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce / Management
Relevant experience (3-5 years) in a similar environment within a FMCG/Retail sector or Event Advertising agency. Experience with youth brands would be a plus
3 years managerial experience
Have good track records on previous roles
Computer literate – knowledge of MS Office, e-mail & internet
Ability to lead and motivate a group of activation executives
Strong planning and management abilities
Fluent in English.
Pro-active, well organized and flexible
Customer oriented mindset
Ability to motivate a team and work under pressure
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Energetic, quick thinking and bursting with new ideas
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Willingness to travel nationally
Work irregular hours when required
